Instructions
Step 1
Simply blend the kefir with 1/2 hot smoked salmon fillet, a small handful of fresh parsley, spring onion, lemon juice and zest.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Fold in the small diced cucumber, capers and the rest of the hot salmon fillet.
Step 4
Spoon over the 2 high fibre protein crisp breads and top with extra parsley and lemon zest. Simple skin loving goodness.
