Instructions
Step 1
Steam the broccoli, then mash. Grate the zucchini.
Step 2
Whisk together the egg, milk and garlic oil.
Step 3
Add the flour, ¼ tsp salt and ¼ tsp pepper.
Step 4
Fold through the broccoli, zucchini and cheese.
Step 5
Heat oil in a fry pan over medium heat. Measure out ¼ cup of the batter per fritter. Flatten it with a spoon inside the pan.
Step 6
Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown and both sides.
Step 7
Serve the fritters with low FODMAP aioli.
