Baked Macaroni and Cheese
Best with cut up hotdogs or sausage added. Or substitute 1 cup fresh parmesan cheese for 1 cup other cheese, and add in 1 pound spicy Italian sausage.
To freeze, put in rectangle plastic container with a layer of plastic wrap under the lid.
To bake loosen from container, bake in square dish covered with foil at 400° for 1 hour.

Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in a saucepan, then whisk in the flour.
Step 2
Slowly add milk while whisking quickly until smooth.
Step 3
Over medium high heat, stir frequently until boils and thickens. And add in spices.
Step 4
Let cool down a little before mixing in the cheese. Then combine with the pasta and pour into a greased 9"×13" baking dish.
Step 5
Bake at 350° until slightly browned on top and bubbly.
