Step 1
Grease your waffle maker.
Step 2
Sift the baking powder, sugar and flour into bowl.
Step 3
In different bowl, mix egg yolks, oil, milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
Step 4
Mix dry and wet ingredients and fold in egg whites. Cook in waffle iron for 6 minutes.
Step 5
For chocolate - just melt your dark chocolate bar and drizzle on top. Cut strawberries and add on top. For whipped cream, whisk 1/2 cup of heavy cream with .5 teaspoon of vanilla and a tablespoon of honey. Add to top and enjoy!
