Instructions
Step 1
Marinade chicken with all its ingredients for half or entire day
Step 2
Slice cucumber very thin with a rasp and add all ingredients.
Step 3
Add the chicken stock to 1 cup of hot water. Fry the garlic, add butter, once you can smell the aromas add the 1 cup to water with the stock and add another cup of water. Mix it all through, then add the rice. Cook rice as per usual.
