Ingredients
4 servings
500gbeef mince
1red bell pepper
1onion
large
2garlic cloves
fat
1 tspground cumin
1 ½ tspsmoked paprika
400mlbeef stock
good
400gchopped tomatoes
can, A couple of pieces of dark chocolate, 1 tsp dried gano 2 tbsp tomato puree o paste in U, Coriander garnish
1red chillies
for
400gred kidney beans
can, drained
2 piecesdark chocolate
1 tspdried oregano
2red chillies
or to taste
2 Tbsptomato puree
salt
coriander
for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Brown the mince in a frying pan
Step 2
Chop the vegetables
Step 3
Remove the mince from the frying pan and add in the vegetables
Step 4
Sweat the vegetables on low heat for about 5 minutes
Step 5
Add in your spices and the tomato puree. Cook for a couple of minutes
Step 6
Add the mince back in and ass in the chopped tomatoes and beef stock. Cook for 45 minutes to an hour
Step 7
Add in the chocolate and the beans. Cook for 5 more minutes to warm up the beans,
Step 8
Garnish with coriander and serve with rice
