Using a Peeler, peel the carrot longways into thin strips

Heat the coconut oil in a 5l pot and place the chicken in, stir for a few minutes on high until some of the chicken has whitened.

Add garlic powder and sesame seeds to the chicken, and continue stirring nonstop until the chicken had become completely white.

Add in all the stock and stir, combining the chicken and stock on low heat

Cover pot with a lid and cook on low heat for 10 minutes

Add in noodles and break apart with the spoon, then add in everything except the Bok Choy (Mushrooms, Broccolini, Carrot, Cashews)

Stir and cover, then cook at a boil for 7 minutes

Add in Bok Choy, making sure the stems are submerged, cover and cook on high for 10 minutes
Step 16
Have a bowl ready, open the lid and place 1/3 of the Bok Choy on the bottom of the bowl. Repeat if more servings are being used.

Add 3-5 scoopfuls of the ingredients on top of the bok choy, using a utensil that does not collect liquid.

Using a ladle, collect 3-5 ladlefuls of broth, and place over the noodle ingredients
