Instructions
Step 1
Defrost puff pastry.
Step 2
Chop mushroom caps.
Step 3
Trim then sauté steaks to required doneness.
Step 4
Remove steaks from pan; add some butter then sauté chopped mushrooms. Add a pinch of salt.
Step 5
Spread out puff pastry, poke with fork. Put a pile of mushrooms in center, place steak on top, fold pastry over and seal. Crimp edges with fork. Slice 1-2 vents in top.
Step 6
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes. Can be served with steamed sweet potatoes.
