1kgchicken thigh
minced
1onion

6 clovesgarlic

6green chillies

2bell peppers

½ cupspring onion

½ cupsweetcorn
1 cupcabbage
chopped
1 ½ tspsalt
1 ½ tspblack pepper
1 ½ tspred chilli flakes
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsppaprika powder
2 Tbspsoy sauce
2 Tbspwhite vinegar
1 packoyster & spring onion stir fry sauce
2 Tbspchilli sauce
2 Tbspplain flour
1egg
2 packetmashed potatoes
1 cupshredded mozarella
1 cupshredded cheddar
1 sheetpuff pastry
Instructions
Step 1
Fry onion and garlic in some oil till golden
Step 2
Add mince chicken and fry on high heat for a couple minutes
Step 3
Add the spices (salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes, garlic and paprika powder) and cook the mince chicken until it changes colour and the excess water dries out
Step 4
Add sauces (soy sauce, vingear, stir fry sauce, hot sauce) and veggies (bell pepper, spring onion, cabbage, sweetcorn and green chillies) and mix it
Step 5
Cover and cook and low heat for 15mins so all the spices and sauces seep into the mince chicken
Step 6
Add plain flour and egg and cook for a further 5mins
Step 7
Place mixture in an oven proof dish. (I usually make it in one big dish but i split in in two smaller dishes this time)
Step 8
Add layer of cheese, then mashed potato and at the top, put the layer of puff pastry. (You can get creative with different styles for a new look each time)
Step 9
Do an egg wash on puff pastry and place in oven at 200°C for 25mins until the puff pastry turns golden and crisp
