Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta with salt. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water then drain, cover, and keep warm.
Step 2
Season chicken all over with 1½ Tbsp cajun seasoning.
Step 3
Heat olive oil in pan. Cook chicken. Transfer to cutting board. Slice into bite sized pieces.
Step 4
In same skillet heat butter and garlic. Add tomatoes, onions, and green peppers. Cook a few mins.
Step 5
Add cream cheese, milk, and parmesan cheese. Bring to a simmer.
Step 6
Add chicken and pasta to sauce. Add pasta water if needed.
