Instructions

Step 1
Mix chicken with all spices, ginger, garlic and 90g low fat Greek yogurt. let it marinate for a few minutes
Step 2
Cool the chicken on high heat. Remove and set to the side
Step 3
In the same pan, add onions and se seasoning of spices, chopped tomato tomato (optional cashew butter), 30g low fat green yogurt and stir
Step 4
Once sauce is done and you want to make it smoother, remove and place in a blender to give it a thicker consistency
Step 5
Add the sauce back to the pan along the cooked chicken and mix
Step 6
Serve with rice of naan bread
