Instructions
Step 1
Put all ingredients except for the beef into a blender and blend until smooth
Step 2
Cut beef shoulder into 2” chunks, put in a large bowl, pour sauce over top and let marinate overnight
Step 3
Put beef and sauce into the base of a crockpot, and cook on low for 8-10 hours
Step 4
Shred with two forks and turn crockpot to warm until ready to serve
