½ cuprolled oats

1 Tbspshredded coconut

0.5banana

¼ cupalmond milk
or milk of choice

2 Tbsppeanut butter

1 Tbspmaple syrup

½ tspbaking powder

¼ tspvanilla extract

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven at 350°F.
Step 2
Blend the ingredients for the baked oats in a blender on high until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Pour the contents of the blender into the oiled ramekins.
Step 4
Put a piece of chocolate in the middle of the dough.
Step 5
Bake for about 23 -25 minutes.
Step 6
At the end brush some milk onto the baked oats and spread some shredded coconut on it.
Step 7
Bake it again for 30 seconds in the oven so that the shredded coconut stick to it.
