Chickpeas flour falafel wrap

If you don't have much in your fridge but in your cupboard there is some chickpeas flour you can turn your day around with a tasty falafel wrap.

Mix all the powders together in a large bowl.

salt1 tsp
white pepper1 tsp
nutmeg1 tsp
cumin1 tsp
cardamom1 tsp
ginger powder1 tsp

Poor half of the water and with a wooden spoon or a spatula mix it. Add the water depending how the mixture is, it needs to be solid but moist. If it is too dry keep adding water and mix it.

Take a full table spoon of the mixture from the bowl and form the falafel with moist hands.

Pour some flour in a plate and flour the falafel you just made.

Warm up a good amount of oil in a frying pan and when is very hot, ease down the falafel and fry them for 5 minutes for each side. Remove from the oil and keep warm.

Now that the hard part of this recipe is done you can spend few minutes stuffing your wrap. Spread some humus on your warm wrap, add salad, sliced onion and tomatoes and of course your falafel. Naturally you can add different dressing at your own taste.
