Step 1
Slice potatoes very thin

Place potatoes in a bowl of ice water with salt for 30 min

Pat potatoes dry
Step 4
Mix celery salt, season salt, paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl
Step 5
Heat oil to 375 in a cast iron skillet
Step 6
Place sliced potatoes into oil and remove once brown
Step 7
Place on a plate/bowl with a paper towel
Step 8
Sprinkle seasoning mix onto potatoes as you go
