Instructions

Step 1
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium to high heat and add the garlic and the chilli flakes.
Step 2
Stir for 30 seconds and then throw in the grated courgette along with chorizo begins to soften and some of the liquid has evaporated.
Step 3
Stir in the prawns and watch until they turn pink and add a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 4
Fry until cooked through
Step 5
Drop the linguini into the boiling water.
Step 6
Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions (about 90 seconds) before draining in a colander and chucking into the pan with the rest of the ingredients.
Step 7
Off the heat, toss the pasta with the cooked courgettes and prawns, and add the parsley along with a touch more salt and pepper if you think it needs it.
Step 8
Serve up the delicious pasta with a final squeeze of lemon juice .
