Ingredients

1 lblean ground turkey
ground, 97% lean
1onion
medium, chopped
1clove garlic
minced
2 teaspoonsolive oil
30 oztomato sauce
or 2 cans 15 oz tomatoes with no added sugar
1 teaspoonitalian seasoning
12 ouncesrotini pasta
low carb
1 cupshredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
1 cupno-fat mozzarella cheese
32 slicesturkey pepperoni
divided
2 Tbspblack olives
sliced
vegetables
top with additional zero point, if you desire
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Step 2
Cook pasta according to package and drain.
Step 3
Heat olive oil over medium heat and saute ground turkey, onion, garlic, in a large skillet until meat is cooked.
Step 4
Drain.
Step 5
Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.
Step 6
In a medium bowl mix cooked pasta, meat mixture, sauce, 1 cup of cheese, 16 pepperoni and Italian seasoning.
Step 7
Mix well.
Step 8
Spread pasta mixture evenly in pan.
Step 9
top with remaining cheese, pepperoni, and olives.
Step 10
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes
Step 11
Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes until heated through
