Step 1
1. Remove the membrane: peel off the silver-skin from back off ribs (see video). 2. Cut track of ribs into 2-3 sections to fit YOUR Fryer basket. 3. Make the spice run: In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients. 4. Season ribs: Pat dry and rub ribs with spices, all sides, nooks and crannies. 5. Cook ribs in Fryer: preheat to 375° F fur a few minutes, MAKE SURE TO PREHEAT, (DON'T START RIBS IN COLD FRYER). Once hot, place ribs in baker with meat side down for 15 minutes, don't over crowd. 6. Flip ribs and cook for 10 more minutes. 7. MAKE BBQ SAUCE: while ribs are cooking, add sauce ingredients to a sauce pan, heat over medium low until all incorporated. 8. Brush with BBQ sauce: remove baker from Fryer once second cook is done, brush on BBQ sauce, liberally. 9. Place back in Fryer for 3-4 minutes, until sauce caramelized. 10. Remove ribs from Fryer, let rest for 5 minutes. Use more sauce if you want. OMGSHHHH ENJOY💚👩🏽🍳
