Dough
Step 1
Combine all ingredients for dough in a large bowl
Step 2
Stir thoroughly and form a ball
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil
Step 4
Cover bowl and refrigerate 18 - 48 hours
Baking
Step 5
Coat bottom of baking sheet with olive oil
Step 6
With oily hands, remove dough from bowl and reshape into a ball
Step 7
Place dough ball on baking sheet and coat with olive oil
Step 8
Set aside to sit at room temperature for 2 - 4 hours
Step 9
Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil to dough and poke indentations into the top of dough with fingers
Step 10
Sprinkle salt and rosemary over the top of the dough
Step 11
Bake at 425F for 25 - 30 minutes
