Instructions
Step 1
Fry onion, carrot, courgette, garlic. Add mince and brown.
Step 2
Add rice, passata, tomato puree and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Gradually add 1 litre of beef stock whilst cooking for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Add mushrooms, cook for 5 mins. Add parmesan and basil leaves to serve.
