Guinness Glazed Chicken Wings
I make this Guinness glaze, put into a jar, and keep it in the fridge. Pour the glaze on grilled chicken, chicken wings, burgers, steak, and more! The recipe makes about 1 cup of Guinness glaze. Follow my Instagram (kuritomo_cooking) and TikTok (@Kuritomo)!

1 Tbspsake
2 Tbspsoy sauce
1 Tbspginger
grated
1clove garlic
minced
1 tspsesame oil
cooking oil
for frying

Instructions
Guinness Glaze
Step 1
In a large pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Sautee onion once the oil is hot. Add salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and red chili pepper.
Step 2
Add Guinness, and simmer. In a small bowl, add potato starch and 2 tbsp water, and mix well.
Step 3
Add potato starch water to the pan. Simmer and stir for about 15 minutes until thickened. Let it cool, and put it into a jar.
Chicken Wing
Step 4
In a ziplock bag, combine the chicken, sake, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Mix well. Marinate for at least 15 minutes in the fridge.
Step 5
Drain extra marinate mix. In a bowl, coat chicken with potato starch.
Step 6
Heat the oil to 340˚F (170˚C). Fry the chicken until golden brown and fully cooked, 5-7 minutes.
Step 7
In a bowl, add cooked chicken wing, add Guinness glaze, and coat wings with the glaze.
