Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°

Step 2
Remove stones from dates and soak in boiling water for 10 minutes

Step 3
Blitz dates and banana down into a paste
Step 4
Add all the dried ingredients to the paste and mix well, should be a bit moist still
Step 5
Butter/grease the dish you plan to put in the oven

Step 6
Spread the mixture out onto the oven dish at a width of 2-5cm roughly, place in the oven for 25 minutes
