Instructions
Step 1
Cook the eggs for 6 minutes. Let them cool down and peel them off.
Step 2
Put the minced beef, chopped wild garlic, finely chopped shallot, mustard, panko bread and sour cream. Mix it well. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
Spread the meat mix you created, so you have a thick meat "pancake". Put the eggs on the pancake in a row. Then gently wrap them in the meat. Be careful, because they are not fully boiled and therefore prone to tear.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and with both upper and lower heating.
Step 5
Grease the baking pan put in the meatloaf.
Step 6
Put there the meatloaf and pur in a little bit of water. Cca 1cm.
Step 7
Do not cover and bake 25 - 30 minutes
