Your classic deep fried wings with a twist! Kick your wings up a notch by adding some Green Chile Bacon Rub with a hint of butter.

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil up in a pot to 350 degrees
Step 2
While oil is heating mix together flour and corn starch
Step 3
Add wings to flour, Corn starch mixture. Coat evenly. Add individual wings to a plate. Check temperature of the oil with a thermometer. Should be 350.
Step 4
Add wings to fryer. When wings are golden brown and 165 internal temp, remove wings from the oil and let them cool on a paper towel
Step 5
As wings are cooling, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a bowl. Add Your behind BBQ Green Chile bacon rub to the butter to taste. Add wings to bowl and mix well.
