Step 1
Add oil and butter. Heat until melted

Add finely chopped shallot to pan and saute until soft and translucent

Add beef stock, boil on high heat until stock has reduced by half
Step 4
Reduce heat to medium / low
Step 5
Add cream and ground peppercorns
Step 6
Simmer for 10-15mins
