Instructions

Step 1
Pound the chicken breast such that is as flat as possible, sprinkle the salt and pepper and coat in corn starch
Step 2
Fry the chicken in 50g butter until golden brown on both sides and set aside
Step 3
Melt and additional 50g of butter and add the garlic, stirring constantly
Step 4
Add the wine and reduce it by half, after that add the cream and, when starting to simmer, add the cheese and stir until melted
