Instructions
Step 1
Sauté diced chicken in olive oil until cooked through. Remove from the pan.
Step 2
Add olive oil and sauté chopped onion until soft.
Step 3
Add the sundried tomatoes, garlic and Italian seasoning and sauté for one minute.
Step 4
Add the broth, pasta and frozen spinach and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add the cream and cooked chicken and bring to a simmer. Let it simmer for about 2 minutes, then add the parmesan cheese and cook until melted. Season with salt and pepper and serve it with a GoodCook Melamine Classic Pasta Server.
