Ingredients

1 cupreduced fat sour cream

1 ½ cupsreduced sodium chicken broth

1 TbspDijon Mustard
Kroger

¼ tspground black pepper

2 cupsrice
cooked

20 ozChicken Breast
Diced Grilled

4.5 ozHam
cut into cubes

6 ozSwiss Cheese
cut into pieces

1 cupfrozen peas
For the topping
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together sour cream, chicken broth, Dijon
mustard and black pepper in a large bowl until smooth. Add rice, chicken, ham, Swiss cheese and frozen peas; stir to combine. Pour mixture into a 13x9-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Sprinkle crushed potato chips and Parmesan cheese evenly over top of the casserole.

Step 3
Bake uncovered on center oven rack for 25 minutes until heated through and topping is golden brown.
