Step 1
1. Remove steak from fridge 20 minutes before cooking
Step 2
2. Season each side with salt and pepper to your liking

3. Heat skillet on high until hella hot
Step 4
4. Add olive oil to hot pan and swirl
Step 5
6. Sear each side of steak for around 30 seconds (don’t forget to sear the fat around the edges also)

7. Add butter, garlic cloves, rosemary, and thyme to pan
Step 7
8. Lay steak in pan and cook for 3-3:30 minutes each side (depending on thickness) while basting with garlic butter from pan
Step 8
9. Let steak rest for about 4 minutes
