Instructions

Step 1
Season the pork loin with salt and pepper. Sear in a pan on all sides until browned. Then bake in the oven at 350F for about 20 min, until the internal temperature is around 135 F.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in the same pan, add butter and apple cubes. Cook until softened for about 3 minutes. Add apple cider and cook on medium-low until apples are soft and juice is syrupy.
Step 3
Serve apples & sauce over pork chops! Goes great with crispy potatoes.
