Instructions

Scoop out 10g spoonfuls of biscoff spread and freeze till needed

Cube the butter and refrigerate till needed

Add in the sugars and rub together by hand (like shortcrust pastry)

Combine chocolate chips

Add in flour, salt and baking powder and mix to sandy consistency

Add in eggs and vanilla

Divide to 90g per cookie and put a spoonful of biscoff inside

Freeze till needed
