Instructions
Step 1
1. Cut onions and peppers long ways, don’t dice. 2. Spray baking sheet with Pam, layout veggies and spray over again with pam.
3. Bake veggies on 350 for 10 minutes, mix and bake for another 20 minutes.
4. At 10 minute mark above, add sausages to oven on a greased baking sheet.
5. At 20 minute mark, bring water to a boil and cook grits according to package directions.
6. At the 30 minute mark, pull sausages and add to a non greased skillet to sear until brown on all edges.
7. While sausages sear, broil veggies for 5 minutes on 500. 8. Assemble and eat
