Instructions

Step 1
Tomato sauce: Sauté onion in olive oil in big deep sauce pan. Add garlic powder (maybe like 1 Tbs or so, just a good sprinkling) and ground beef. Brown the beef and make sure onions are nice and translucent (add salt here too, pepper if you’d like) Then add box of pomi and refill box with water twice and add that in as well. Then add sugar and tablespoon of butter. Let that boil for a little bit, then put it on a low heat for as long as you can (longer the better, a couple hours is great)
Step 2
White sauce: In small sauce pan melt cube of butter. When completely melted add 3 Spoons of flour. Make sure to whisk and really cook the flour good until there is no more dry flour in butter. Once it’s cooked, and two cups of milk, some salt and some pepper. Let that get to where it bubbles and then turn off, should be decently thick. If it’s not thick, maybe boil it a little more to thicken it.
Step 3
Assembly order: Red sauce, pasta, ham, mozzarella, pasta, white sauce, ham, mozzarella, pasta, red sauce, ham, mozzarella, pasta, red sauce, mozzarella
Step 4
Bake for about an hour at 350
