Plant-Based Mayo

3 steps
Prep:10min
I love this little hack, costs about a dollar to make compared to the $5+ dollar vegan mayo at the store. Use it in salad dressings, aioli's, pasta salad or anywhere you would use mayo! Aquafaba is the chickpea brine that comes out of the can. Aquafaba is great as an egg white replacer and whips up like egg whites.
