WEIGHT WATCHERS BANANA OATMEAL COOKIES 1 PT

Chewy almost fat free cookies. I added 1/2 cup of chopped dark chocolate with the coconut.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
Step 2
Melt butter in a small dish in microwave, 10 seconds at a time.
Step 3
Transfer to mixing bown.
Step 4
With an electric mixer, thoroughly mix in sugars, banana, egg and vanilla.
Step 5
Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt.
Step 6
Mix in to the banana mixture.
Step 7
Mix in oatmeal and coconut.
Step 8
Drop dough by tablespoons onto a baking sheet lined with parchment.
Step 9
Bake for 11-14 minutes until set and golden.
Step 10
Cool 5 minutes and remove from tray right away to a cooling rack.
