Instructions

Step 1
Add oats, chia seeds, cauliflower rice and milk to a microwave safe bowl. Add water to cover oats
Step 2
Microwave for 2mins 30secs
Step 3
Stir and add flavour drops
Step 4
Microwave for further 2mins 30secs
Step 5
Add Chobani yoghurt and microwave for further 30secs
Step 6
Pour into bowl and top with blueberries, cashews and white chocolate
