This overnight oats recipe will blow your mind! With a delicate dark chocolate shell, a creamy vanilla protein yoghurt and jam layer and then a delicious Cherry Bakewell overnight oats base, it will have you jumping out of bed for breakfast!

Yoghurt Layer

Instructions
Step 1
In a jar, mix together all the overnight oats ingredients.
Step 2
Then make the strawberry jam by microwaving for 1 1/2 mins on full power the strawberries (diced into smaller pieces), the maple syrup, water and chia seeds.
Step 3
Once microwaved mash with a fork into a mushier/jam like consistency.
Step 4
Mix together the yoghurt layer ingredients and spoon on top of the overnight oats base layer in the jar, then layer the jam on top.
Step 5
Melt together the dark chocolate and the coconut oil in the microwave for 40 secs. Then drizzle on top of all the layers in the jar, spread out evenly into a nice thin layer.
Step 6
Place the lid on the jar and leave in the fridge overnight to set.
