Instructions
Step 1
In a sauce combine cream and salt and cook over medium heat just until it’s hot. Let the cream sit for a few minutes and then add your vanilla.

Preheat the oven 325° Fahrenheit

In bowl beat sugar and egg until it turns pal. Pour a quarter of your cream it into the egg mixture and stir, then pour the egg mixture back into the cream and then mix.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into five 9-ounce ramekins and place it on a deep baking dish, fill the dish with boiling water about a inch.
Step 5
Bake for 50 minutes or until the center slightly giggles. Let it cool completely, put it in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
Step 6
When time to serve top each custard with 1 teaspoon of sugar and broil it 3 inches from heat source and let the sugar melt and it’s brown evenly or blackens a little bit and then put it in the freezer for 1-2 hours
