Instructions
Step 1
Prepare and dice garlic and ginger, slice pickled mustard into small pieces (save the pickle juice from the package), slice scallion thinly, set aside.
Step 2
Heal up cooking oil in a saucepan, quickly add in minced garlic and ginger and pickled spicy chili sauce to mix on medium heat till fragrant. Further put in pickled mustard greens along with pickle juice to mix well, simmer for a few minutes till the pickled juice starts to dry out.
Step 3
Pour in cold water, bring broth to boil, and simmer for a couple of minutes (to release the pickled flavor from the mustards). Season the broth with a bit of sugar. Further put in Enoki mushroom to cook till it boils again, throw in sliced and boneless beef short plate to cook for a minute. Season with chicken powder and garnish with scallion, remove from the heat and serve warm.
