Instructions
Step 1
Peel parsnips carrots, then cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
Step 2
Steam over boiling water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain.
Step 3
Place parsnips and carrots into a serving bowl and add chives and celery seeds.
Step 4
In a small bowl, whisk together juices, mustard, and oil.
Step 5
Pour over parsnips and carrots and toss well to coat.
Step 6
Serve warm as an appetizer, side dish, or salad.
