Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot, stir together all ingredients (except hamburger and onions). Bring to a boil then add the meat and onions.
Step 2
Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 1 hour. Make chili the day before for flavors to soak in.
Step 3
When ready to serve heat the chili in a crock pot.
Step 4
Cook some elbow macaroni for on the side.
Step 5
Serve with sour cream, cheese, and chives!
