Ingredients

For the dressing:

½ cupgreek yogurt

2 tblswater

2 tblstahini

0.5 tblshoney
1 tbls for sweeter

1 tspapple cider vinegar

1 tblsza’atar seasoning
or 1 tsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp sumac, 1 tsp oregano

1 tspsalt

½ tsppepper

½ tspcumin
For the salad:
Instructions
Step 1
Make the dressing. Add the Greek yogurt, water, tahini, honey, apple cider vinegar, Za’atar, salt, pepper and cumin to a small bowl. Whisk to combine. Set aside.
Step 2
Make the salad. Add the beets, cucumber, beans, parsley, apples, sesame seeds and hemp seeds to a large bowl. Toss to combine.
Step 3
Add the dressing to the salad and toss everything until well coated.
