¼ cupWood-ear Mushroom
pre-soaked

1 cupbean thread noodles

1 cupYellow Onion
minced
Seasoning
2 TbspFish Sauce
2 tspsugar
0.5 TspKosher Salt
1 TspChicken Bouillon
1 TspWhite Ground Pepper
0.5 TspBlack Pepper
6Eggs
Large
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients and mix well
Step 2
Spray either a (1) 9x9
Step 3
or (2) Loaf pans
Step 4
with non cooking spray
Step 5
Pour mixture and spread evenly
Step 6
Bake at 375F for 45 minutes or until cooked
Step 7
*NOTE: If any meat liquid starts bubbling to the top from the side of the pan, carefully remove pan from oven, using a spoon, remove and discard. Place tray back into the oven to continue baking
