Instructions
Step 1
Using a sharp knife, slice the steak very thinly then season with salt and pepper. Preheat the grill to a high heat. Heat half of the oil in a frying pan then quickly fry the steak in batches for a couple of minutes until golden brown. Tip the steak onto a plate and set aside.
Step 2
Heat the remaining oil, add the onion and peppers and fry over a high heat until softened and slightly blackened. Return the steak to the pan, toss everything together then lay the cheese over the top.
Step 3
Slide the pan under the grill and cook until the cheese has melted. Drizzle with mustard then get stuck in
