Ingredients
10 servings
1 headiceberg lettuce
finely chopped
1 headbroccoli
chopped no stem
1 cupfresh kale
finely chopped
3bacon
crispy chopped
½ csunflower seeds
½ cdried cranberries
no sugar added
Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
Chop and blend all fresh vegetables.
Step 2
Cook bacon until crispy. Cool and chop.
Step 3
Add bacon, sunflower seeds and cranberries to bowl. Mix.
Dressing
Step 4
In a separate bowl add all dressing ingredients. Stir with a whisk until well incorporated.
Step 5
Drizzle over salad and blend well.
Step 6
** you can make dressing ahead of time and store in refrigerator up to 2 days in a sealed Mason jar.
