Instructions
Step 1
Chop all white bits out of silverbeet, and chop the leaves into manageable chunky pieces and wash it in pot or bowl.

Chop up an onion.
Step 3
Put 50g butter in saucepan and melt it, and add the onion.
Step 4
Cook onion for about 3 minutes, sautee not stir fry.
Step 5
Add silverbeet, just make it wilt (not cooking it). Stir onion into it and heat will make the leaves wilt.
Step 6
Warm a cup of milk in microwave.
Step 7
Coat leaves with tbsps of flour, sprinkle one through, toss, sprinkle another through, toss. Helps soup thicken. Turn element off while doing this.
Step 8
Pour warmed milk, hot water and stock in. Simmer for 20 minutes, don't let boil if possible.
Step 9
Leave to cool, whiz up. Heat up when you want to eat it.
