2 stickssalted butter
softened
1 ⅓ cupswhite sugar
⅓ cupbrown sugar
packed
2eggs

1 Tbsvanilla extract
3 ¼ cupsall-purpose flour
¾ tspsalt
1 ½ tspcream of tartar
1 tspbaking soda

Instructions
Step 1
Add butter to bowl of mixer with paddle attachment and mix for 2 min, scraping sides/bottom a couple of times during
Step 2
Add 1 1/3 cup white sugar, and 1/3 cup packed brown sugar. Beat for another 2 min, scrape sides and bottom as needed. Should end up being a fluffy mixture
Step 3
Add eggs, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Mix until completely combined.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking soda, and cream of tartar. Once combined gradually add mixture to the mixer bowl. Mix until combined. Should still be fairly fluffy. Careful not to over-mix.
Step 5
In a separate dish, combine the 1/3 cups sugar and 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon.
Step 6
Roll the dough into 1"- 1.5" ish balls. (Golf ball size or a little smaller)
Step 7
Roll the dough into the cinnamon sugar mix and coat completely. Place dough on parchment lined cookie sheet.
Step 8
Bake for 11-13 min at 350 degrees. Allow to rest on hot cookie sheet for a couple minutes to set, then transfer to cooling rack. Enjoy!
