Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C

In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar. Beat your eggs and add in to the mixture, followed by the flour and baking powder to make a thick butter. Then stir in the milk and vanilla essence.
Step 3
Scatter in the blueberries and spoon the mixture evenly into muffin cases. Bake for 15-20 min
