Apple "pie" tortilla dessert

Instructions

Step 1
Core apple and cut into 1/2 Inch cubes
Step 2
Add apple, sugar, cinnamon, lime juice and a dash of salt to sauce pan on medium low heat until apple has softened, about 10 minutes
Step 3
Mix 1 tsp of cornstarch with a tbsp of water and add to apples to thicken liquid. Remove from heat once thickened
Step 4
Grab a pan and on medium low heat and spay non stick oil
Step 5
Add one tortilla on the pan put half of the apple mixture on one half of the tortilla and fold tortilla as you would a quesadilla. Cook for 1-2 mins per side until golden brown. Repeat with the other tortilla and rest of apple.
Step 6
Serve! There's a few ways to do this, you can eat them as is, sprinkle some cinnamon sugar, top it with ice cream, drizzle some caramel, add whatever toppings you'd like! *depending on if you add topings, and what kind of toppings you can get 4 servings just cut them in half *
