Line a baking sheet with parchment paper then add a drizzle of salted caramel to 6 sections and add a sprinkle of cinnamon in top of each one .

Core an apple then use a mandolin to cut into very thin slices ( use a knife if you don’t have a mandolin. Add two to three slices of apple on top of the caramel sections .

Roll out store pastry then cut out circles that are larger than the apple slices ( leftover pastry can be refrigerated or re rolled and more circles cut out ) cover the apples with the pastry pinch down the sides to en brush the tops with milk and bake at 200 c for 15-18 minutes . I like to add chopped nuts and more caramel but you do you . Enjoy !
